RAFAEL MARQUETTO

I am an Interface Designer and Visual Artist who manages teams through clear and well-defined processes.
My main skill is creating interfaces for digital applications. In these projects I work on 3 main fronts: Art Direction, UX (more specifically User Centered Design) and People Management.

My goal is to guide talented people to define and implement the visual and aesthetic aspects of a project and at the same time ensure good usability of the final product, making this marriage between visual and functionality through active listening to the needs and desires of customers. Constantly studying market trends and analyzing the use of prototypes and versions by end users.
 
Inserted in the gaming area since 2003. The focus of my career has been guiding creative and development teams to produce according to the design process, sharpening their vision to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities, improving dynamics to collect feedback from users and incorporating testing routines with teams, using prototyping to improve assertiveness, saving time and resources.

All of this, always with the aim of fostering creativity and making space for the different ways in which artists produce, motivate and inspire each other. My methods are hybrid and aim not only to control results and guarantee on-time deliveries, but to open space for suggestion and inprovement.
